Email [email protected] — include your adapter model, vehicle year/make/model, and what you saw. A diagnostic log export from the app (Settings → share log) helps enormously.
Adapter won't connect: unplug it, reseat it in the OBD port, turn the key to RUN, then tap Reconnect. Make sure the adapter isn't still paired to another phone — most dongles serve one device at a time.
No live data: key must be in RUN (past accessory). If the engine is off, many values legitimately read zero.
Some modules missing: certain modules sleep until ignition is ON, and some buses (Ford MS-CAN, GM single-wire) need a multi-bus adapter like the OBDLink MX+.
